CARE USA seeks a Global Cash Manager to be responsible for all operational and reporting functions related to Cash Management and Accounts Payable within CAREs Global Financial Services Unit. This position reports to the Treasurer and holds the responsibility of the secure and efficient global movement of funds in excess of $600M annually, primarily to developing countries. Managing and developing five staff members, this position will analyze functions within the team and establish processes for efficient and effective operational management while balancing needed internal controls. The individual must have technical understanding and experience in accounting with operational experience in Cash Management and Accounts Payable. The candidate must demonstrate strong commitment to partnering with technology and have experience administering/utilizing bank platforms. The ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers is essential. The position will also manage domestic banking relationships to ensure required support is received and optimal banking services are properly utilized. Requirements include: 3-4 years of recent US Domestic operational Cash Management experience 2-3 years of accounting experience in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, payroll and/or global financial support Prior management experience with strength in developing operational teams Proficiency using accounting software and banking platforms Excellent oral and written communication skills Accounting or Finance bachelor’s degree required CPA or CPA candidate preferred
