Description: Summary : As part of the Sales Division of the MSB Center , the Telebanker responds to incoming calls from customers and non-customers as well as makes outbound calls to same during various campaigns and promotions to open and cross-sell new products and services.   The Telebanker will also serve as a backup to the Customer Service Associates in the MSB.   A genuine interest in serving MidSouth Bank customers is the key to being a successful Telebanker. Qualifications ü   Minimum high school graduate or equivalent ü   Post high school education and/or two years work experience with the public preferred ü   1 year call center experience is preferred ü   Prior banking experience is preferred ü   Experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications ü   Ability to process information using Core Data Processor. ü   Ability to communicate with customers (internal & external) using courtesy, tact and diplomacy ü   Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documents ü   Ability to operate all office equipment such as fax, telephone, copier ü   Ability to work varied hours/days, or extended hours as business dictates ü   Ability to process relatively simple problems, requiring some analysis or research to determine the best solution from the available options Bi-lingual a plus
