As a result of the successful growth of our organization we are now searching for a: PARTNERSHIP MANAGER Responsible for a portfolio of 10 to 15 Strategic Partners, with some industry-specific alignment where possible, you will be acting as the principal liaison between the Partners and the World Economic Forum, in order to ensure the fullest possible activation of their rights and benefits in all Forum events, activities and communities, while keeping with the mission and non-commercial nature of the Forum. You will establish, manage and develop partner relationships and the relevant, and timely, contractual arrangements with a view to ensure the full delivery of our services, while implementing the most pertinent and agreed upon account plans and appropriate initiatives. You will liaise with the Forum’s Partners in order to communicate and educate them on all procedures, and handle most operational aspects concerning the budget, finances and event coordination. You will provide relevant business intelligence regarding the Partner companies and their key executives to the Director, Partnership, and, where appropriate, the Executive Chairman, the Managing Board and Community Directors. You preferably have an advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. MBA) and 3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate marketing, brand management, corporate events/hospitality or key account management in a corporate environment. You have gained industry-specific experience and a solid understanding of industry-relevant issues and current events. You have full comprehension of sponsorship programmes, rights and benefits as well as corporate hospitality and events, and are able to prioritize effectively under pressure. If you have the required background and excellent communication and presentation skills, and if you are energetic, positive and customer-minded, with proven multicultural relationship skills and diplomacy with demanding clients, please apply.
