Slack Barshinger, an award-winning integrated marketing communications agency is seeking a mid-level Direct Response Campaign Manager to work in our 80-person agency on Michigan Avenue. Our ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience as a business-to-business circulation manager within a trade publishing environment or extensive experience on the client or agency side in list rental research and direct response campaign management. This candidate will work with our direct response, digital strategy and research groups to plan and execute direct mail, email and telemarketing campaigns for such blue-chip clients as eBay, Google, R.I.M., Fellowes, Underwriters Laboratories, Harris Bank, several major U.S. trade show organizations and many others. RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate and rent DR lists for b-to-b direct mail, email and telemarketing campaigns Work with internal clients to deploy email and web programs Manage outside vendors for DR campaigns including list managers, list brokers, call centers, lettershops and data service bureaus. REQUIREMENTS Significant experience researching and renting Business-to-Business lists for email, direct mail and telemarketing campaigns Some experience with campaign reporting/measurement as well as campaign projecting and test design DETAIL ORIENTED We are one of the nations leading business-to-business agencies, having been named in 2006 the Business Marketing Associations national agency of the year and BtoB magazines midsize agency of the year.
