lululemon is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Customer Education Centre (CEC) Educator, based at the Customer Education Centre in Vancouver , BC . The CEC is lululemon’s primary point of contact for customers outside of our retail stores world wide; the CEC is rapidly growing and is a fun and fast paced environment. As part of the team of the CEC team, the educator plays a vital role in handling incoming customer inquires to the Customer Education Centre. The main objective of the CEC educator is to educate customers on the phone or via email on lululemon products, corporate information and programs and/or resolve customer inquires. Qualifications: · Enjoy customer service and educating via the phone and email. · Retail experience. · Excellent team player and ability to work independently. · Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. · Excellent computer skills. · Good organizational and time management skills. · Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. · Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail. · Ability to set, prioritize and manage multiple tasks. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. · Comfortable with rapid growth and changing environments. · An active and healthy lifestyle is considered an asset. Must Have’s · Responsible and dependable. · Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, friendly and authentic. · Proactive and solution-oriented. · Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback. · Completion of grade 12 education or higher · Available to work call center hours (full-time positions available between 6am – 7pm, including one day on the weekends).
