Particular focus will be on gross payroll, cost allocation, time integration, net payroll, deductions, benefits integration, tax & other legal reporting. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR application solutions. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. The Team Lead manages client relationships as well as has direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities and business case development. Min. 3 years of SAP Payroll experience (v4.6 or above); Candidates must have hands-on process design, delivery & configuration experience in the SAP Payroll modules across at least two full life-cycle projects; Experience must include experience with wage types & sourcing time collection data from both SAP & external sources. Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
