To take a closer look at the Vizioncore Subsidiary, please visit http://www.vizioncore.com Director/Sr. Director of Product Management Responsibilities: Oversee the management of product lines: annual product plans, product line rationalization, overarching product strategy. Provide leadership and mentoring to a team product managers, develop strategies and tactical plans required to ensure that the company’s current and future products will meet or exceed customer needs and expectations worldwide. Work with internal and external stakeholders to articulate and develop overall product strategies and specific product/project plans that support corporate direction, meet customer expectations, and market demand. Qualify and prioritize new product requests based on customer requirement, opportunity analysis, market trends, competitive opportunity/threats, and financial objectives. Establish and drive Product Mgmt processes to ensure timely delivery of a quality product to meet customer requirements. Work with Marketing to develop product communications, collateral and promotional materials. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT or equivalent experience, MBA a plus · 7+ years successful experience working as a Director of Product Management, Group Product Manager/Product Line manager within the business to business software, infrastructure software industries. Previous experience managing & developing product managers & multiple product lines. Budget management & P&L responsibility preferred. Technical aptitude on a variety of systems and data center mgmt tools. Knowledge of VMware, Citrix/Xen, or Microsoft virtualization products a plus. · Ability to refine complex problems down to clearly defined issues and recommendations. · Technology start-up experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with experience building scalable product management processes. · Self-starter, customer-focused, consensus builder who has the strength of his/her convictions and the ability to persuade. · Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience managing multiple product lines Approximately 20% travel
