Facebook is seeking an Media Delivery Coordinator. This position is full time and is based in our office in London, UK. There are minimal travel requirements for this position. Responsibilities Implement advertising campaigns sold by Facebook account executives Support multiple Account Executives in a fast-paced startup environment Schedule campaigns in Facebook ad server Work with Account Managers, clients, and advertising agencies to gather, test and QA creative Work within a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to plan, manage, forecast and build a portfolio of business Optimize campaigns mid-flight, re-allocate impressions and targeting Work with Finance team to ensure precise and timely delivery reports and invoicing Pull and format weekly analytical reports for clients and agencies Work with other Delivery Coordinators to handle inventory and scheduling of advertisements Requirements Excellent written and communication skills Very familiar with Office applications, particularly Excel Strong ability to multi-task Fluent/conversational in other languages a plus Meticulous attention to detail Critical thinker Experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus
