Facebook is seeking an experienced Brand Analyst to join the Brand Marketing Team. This position will help the Brand Marketing team articulate the brand strategy for Facebook. The Analyst will contribute to developing and managing initiatives that establish brand equity, drive brand strength, and build a connection with users around the world.  The ideal candidate will have a product mindset with a passion for building global brands. As a member of the Brand Marketing team, the Analyst will drive partnerships with functional groups across the organization to ensure brand effectiveness and align campaigns with Facebook brand objectives. This position is full-time and reports to the Brand Marketing Principal.   Responsibilities: Ensure the Brand Marketing team is the voice and protector for the Facebook brand, both internally and externally Develop and manage scalable approval process for brand usage requests across organization Manage and track all brand approval requests from third parties (including advertisers, partners, publishers, etc.) to ensure compliance with Facebook Brand Guidelines Work with Design, Legal, Product Marketing, etc. to update/maintain Facebook Brand Guidelines Assist teams, including HR, Business Development, PR, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and Design, to ensure Facebook brand communication is appropriately leveraged in external communications, partnerships and advertiser relationships Assist with external brand research projects and acquiring data-driven insights that can be used to create effective marketing programs Manage development and distribution process for Facebook branded merchandise Create copy and assist the design strategy for marketing collateral ensure accurate and consistent brand communication    Requirements: BA/BS degree in market research, marketing, psychology, communications, statistics or other related field, preferably from a leading institution  (MBA preferred) At least 2 – 3 years experience in project management, product marketing, direct marketing or advertising Ability to initiate and manage brand research, and turn findings into actionable strategies Exceptional quantitative, interpersonal, organizational skills Entrepreneurial / self-motivated, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time Very strong oral, writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
