FINCA International is currently looking for high potential candidates for its new senior banking leadership program. This program will offer a unique opportunity for candidates to enter into the microfinance sector as a deputy to a senior manager in one of our countries of operations. The duration of this program is 12-18 months with the potential for the candidate to be offered a senior management role at the end of the program (Chief Operating Officer). The compensation will comprise of a trainee salary with a performance based bonus up to 20% of annual salary, to be paid on a semi-annual basis. Ideal profile: - MBA required (economics, business, finance) or equivalent work experience, - Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit, retail banking or financial services including 2 years of management, - Fluency in English and Russian, - Availability and strong willingness to relocate to any country in a given region on short notice.
