Oberon Associates is seeking a Principal Analyst with TS/SCI and polygraph clearance to • Work directly with customer management in applying advanced intelligence analysis principles, theories and concepts to a wide range of work in the areas of planning, coordinating, execution and/or management of advanced analytic techniques and scenarios within the framework of documenting analytic processes. • Resolve complex problems and provide solutions that are innovative and often involve re-evaluation of established tradecraft, theories and practices, leading to new and creative solutions to analytic process execution and tradecraft capture problems. • Define operational and technical architecture for hosting, capturing, evaluating and reporting analytic process baselining. • Resolve technical and procedural issues raised by analysis management and operators as related to best tradecraft practices. • Provide practical guidance on planning for baselining processes and for evolution of the current capture and baselining of analytic processes. • Manage support, training and quality assurance/quality control to Intelligence Analysts, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, and Computer Scientist/Software Architecture Integration personnel. General Experience: • Minimum eighteen (18) years as a federal government (civilian or military) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst or in a related SIGINT discipline (Intelligence Production and Reporting, Collection Management, Collection and Processing) demonstrating progressively greater responsibility. • Ten (10) years experience in leadership roles for Government or Industry. • Three (3) years experience working in national-level Intelligence programs. • At least three (3) years experience (recent) providing DOD 5000 regulated acquisition support to any national-level Intelligence Community program. • Management experience including manpower, financial, process development and planning responsibility. • National Cryptologic School accredited training in SIGINT analysis, production, collection and/or reporting. • Certification from government organization as a senior/master level intelligence analyst/cryptologist.
