Title: Corp Recruiter Location: Thornton Compensation: 8-12 month contract with the chance to go perm Position: Summary: This position is with a name brand internet company that has stood the test of internet time. Solid company not a START UP. They are in need of a savvy sourcer/recruiter to help fill internal company positions. Responsibilities This position is responsible for the direct recruitment of support positions with varying degree of technical skills. These support positions will be internally or externally focused, on the phone or in-person at the client sites. They will be pre and post sales. Partner with client groups and the HR Generalist to develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels and support the Companys strategic direction and growth objectives. Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and selection process for assigned client groups, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating and closing the hire. Recruiter will define job requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles in collaboration with the hiring manager. The recruiter wills creatively sources candidates from a variety of sourcing channels. He/she will screen and interview candidates to fill positions. The recruiter will assists hiring managers in assessing candidates and prepare, negotiate and extend offers to candidates. Required to produce weekly activity reports to Director of Recruiter during weekly meetings. Qualifications: Bachelors degree a must 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience a must for full time hires At least 1 year corporate recruiting experience at the client site (as full time or contractor) . Experience recruiting and hiring full time entry level to senior level employees. Ability to handle multiple openings with tight deadlines (up to 20 open positions in multiple locations in the US. all recruiting is done from the NY office. Filling 4-8 full time positions a month). Ability to organize and prioritize work; attention to detail. Ability to interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates. Strong communication skills. VERY strong internal client focus. Ability to quickly grasp business needs and strategic direction. Experience sourcing talent from a variety of channels (Internet sourcing/advertising, applicant databases and tracking systems, direct sourcing of passive candidates, employee referrals).
