Who this job is NOT for: • If you are a corporate recruiter who has never worked on the agency side this job is not for you. • If you demand a $70,000 - $100,000 base this job is not for you. • If you live hand to mouth this job is not for you. • If you can not work well in a fast paced environment this job is not for you. Who this job IS for: • Experienced recruiters who are confident in their abilities to close deals and want to take home more of the pie than they are currently seeing from all their hard work. • A recruiter who has been thinking of going solo or opening his own office, but does not have the start up money or does not want to juggle the both responsibilities of running a business and producing to bring in revenue. • A recruiter who is looking for QUALITY, REAL, POSITIONS to work on. We have very strong relationships with our clients and work as partners in support of their needs. No Black Holes our phone calls are answered and our candidate submittals are responded to and acted on. We only work with clients that are truly looking for our help and who are responsive. And YES we have plenty of them that is why we are looking to add on another recruiter. Qualifications: This recruiting position is ideal for those recruiters who have been in the industry for 10+ years and are confident in their abilities to recruit and place individuals into full time or contract positions.
