Title: Director Operations - Listing Services Location: DTC Compensation: $93,300 - $121,300 + 20% Bonus + Benefits Position: Responsible for the production or services of the Operations/Publishing department. Hires, fires, promotes, demotes, transfers, disciplines and grants raises or effectively recommends such action. Leads, coaches and provides effective feedback. Has responsibility/accountability over the listing services unit/department for budgets, schedules and planning. Supports and creates effective operations teams, units, and environments. Impacts and promotes organizational strategy and vision. Creates linkages for employees on how they impact business strategy. Completes objectives through subordinate supervisors and managers. Set direction for a major, multi-functional unit or department within Operations. Work is received in the form of objectives based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organizations objectives. This person will be responsible for listing strategy, list acquisition, white and yp listings, new connect validations and market assignments. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Masters Degree or MBA preferred. 10 years working within Listing Services 5 years working in a YP environment 5 years experience managing others Strong verbal and written communication Detail oriented Amdocs-operations experience a plus.
