Asset Manager Location: Denver, CO Type: Full Time Compensation: 6 figure opportunity, Base, Bonus, Equity Stake, Benefits SUMMARY The Asset Manager manages the workouts of the assets once purchased and negotiates through to resolution.  This position manages a small workload of their own assets as well as providing a second tier of support on the assets of the Senior Asset Manager from various sources including commercial banks, mutual funds and government agencies.  SCOPE and ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The assets managed by this position would be less complex than those assets managed by the Senior Asset Manager. This position has less autonomy and discretion on their own assets than those managed by the Senior Asset Manager.   This position will also help to manage and provide support on the assets managed by the Senior Asset Manager to whom they report. The Senior Asset Manager will oversee the Asset Manager’s management of their assets and the decisions the Asset Manager makes that will determine the value excreted from the assets. DIVERSITY OF WORKOUTS IN VARIETY OF INDUSTRIES EXPERIENCE HANDLING BANKRUPTCIES. ·          Negotiate in a wide variety of environments. ·          Work closely with and manage outside counsel representing RCC. ·          Travel and work long hours on short notice. ·          Focus and extract value on individual loans through data mining, Creative thinking and effort. ·          Work with Accounting Department with reporting and accounting issues. ·          Assist in due diligence, pricing and file certification of new pool acquisitions ·          Adapt to changing markets and product types. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION BA/BS in Finance or Accounting related emphasis MBA not required but beneficial CIRA certification not required but beneficial RELATED EXPERIENCE ·          MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYSIS AND WORKOUT ·          EPERIENCE CONCENTRATED ON COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL LOANS. ·          AT LEAST 3 YEARS ASSET BASED LENDING (ABL) EXPERIENCE ·          AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH LEGAL COUNSEL.  GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF LEGAL ISSES AND DOCUMENTS INVOLVED IN COMPLEX WORKOUTS. ·          Must possess thorough knowledge of commercial credit/underwriting including but not limited to C & I, unsecured, business and real estate loans. In addition, must have extensive experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure and litigation matters. ·          Work with in house database systems as well as Excel, ACT!, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.       Prior experience with NLS (Nortridge Loan Servicing) database helpful If interested please send resume to resumes@fusionstaffing.net or apply here online.
