JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overall support and administration of Firewalls, Load balancers etc. Sys Admin-II also oversees the Back Office infrastructure, Server support and network Monitoring.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   ·                Provide Server Support. ·                Provide Desktop/Laptop and User Support. ·                Firewall/Network Support. ·                Monitoring   ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:   ·                Miscellaneous Sys. Administration tasks. ·                Requires some VoIP Phone support periodically, It also requires lifting heavy equipment infrequently depending on the need. ·                Expected to provide mentoring and support of junior SAs on an as needed basis. ·                Communicates with the Systems Admin Manager and all 9 Squared employees on an as needed basis depending on the job task. They also communicate with the CTO on major project initiatives and for project statusing. ·                Heavy responsibility for safeguarding confidential information in regards to User Documents, Emails, Network Architecture, Passwords etc. ·                Requires some job elements that are difficult or complex; it requires the person to be a risk taker and sometimes requires a lot of research on a challenging problem which cannot be determined or is not documented. ·                Required to plan and use initiative in number of scenarios, ranging from various projects the Sys Admin-II is assigned to, as well as planning out strategy to minimize downtime as well taking initiative to improve on the overall network monitoring capability. ·                Can make certain decisions based on the criticality and urgency of the situation. ·                This position may require occasional functional advice and guidance to other including but not limited to Active Directory, Setting up servers or preparing documentation on various server and network.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS: At least a Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 Years of Experience and considerable Network, Server support and troubleshooting skills     Provides equal employment opportunity to all persons and does not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability or veteran status.
