To enforce our Business Transformation teams, Trasys is looking for a IS & Business Consultant Function: Led by a project manager, you will be a core team member in a wide variety of consulting assignments with the support of field specialists. Focusing on issue analysis and working with innovative approaches - development based and using proven methodologies - you will gradually facilitate workshops, lead interviews, carry out research and perform analysis mainly at the client’s site. You will work in areas like IS Strategy & Organization, IT Management, BPM & Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Content Management, IS Security, Business Intelligence, or Project Management. Profile: You hold a Master’s Degree in business administration, economics or engineering, with a previous 2-3 years experience as consultant or equivalent operational position. You are either a technical specialist looking to broaden your perspectives to the business side, either a business-oriented person with interest in the building and management of information systems. You have outstanding problem solving competencies and analytical skills. Multilingual (including Dutch/French and English), you have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work autonomously but in close cooperation with your colleagues. Your “soft” skills put you at ease in multi-stakeholders and complex environments. Certifications in methodologies related to IT security and management (CISA,ITIL) or Project Management (PMI, Prince 2) are a plus. Youll work in Brussels but youre willing to travel short periods within Europe.
