We offer Consulting, SAP, System integration and Operational Services to our clients in European Institutions and Agencies, Belgian Public Sector, Industry, Utilities, Financial Services and Aerospace. In view of our ambitious growth objectives and to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Business Analyst UML / RUP for one of the International Organizations in Brussels. Your role: Analyzing and modeling the existing administration, its components, actors and functional dynamics; Making the inventory and describing these business processes Proposing simplifications, rationalizations and improvements for the existing processes Directing the analysis “Business cases”, in conformity with the RUP-methodology Organizing and driving workshops Reporting progress, risks and planning to the management Your profile: Ideal candidates should: Have a significant experience in analyzing business processes A good knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), including the stereotypes of Jacobson Have a sufficient knowledge of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology Be familiar with modeling tools (Rational Rose is a plus) Have strong editing capacities in English and French Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment Have strong interpersonal skills Be a self-starter who enjoys teamwork Our offer: We offer - next to a professional and vibrant working environment- a competitive compensation package including a bonus, a car and other extra-legal benefits.
