PRIMARY DUTIES: Our Operations Executives are responsible for utilizing their vast operational knowledge and analytical skills to review the operations of most hospital departments and identify areas for improvement. After conducting the detailed operational assessments you will recommend sustainable ways to improve the efficiency and work flow of the organization. This person will be responsible for writing hands on implementations and works onsite with hospital leaders to support the process of gathering and analyzing data. Our onsite specialists then work with the client to validate and implement the identified savings. These operational changes often have a positive ripple effect throughout the organization prompting improved quality of service. SKILLS REQUIRED/ EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have 10 years of significant operations experience in senior level management positions in a hospital setting. Must have a current and detailed understanding of hospital operations. Prefer Masters Degree. Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, presentation and organizational skills are also required. This position requires the ability to work in a high-paced, multi-task environment with attention to detail having the flexibility to handle assigned tasks and engagements due to deadline and task priority changes.
