TWPM IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT JOB SUMMARY The Implementation Consultant for Touchworks PM Systems provides remote and on-site training sessions for implementing the entire practice management solution and professional services for Provider Group Practices. The Implementation Consultant must be capable of assessing client situations and providing insight and recommendations to the client about their business operation. This position is responsible for communicating the implementation plan to the Client and to provide operational instruction and consulting services necessary to optimize the Client’s use of the products. The ultimate measurement of the Application Trainer’s performance is based on how well they plan and deliver end-user training sessions effectively and within budget, and their post installation client satisfaction. JOB DESCRIPTION Execute and document the Implementation Plan for Touchworks PM as laid out by the responsible Project Manger, including the training sessions for, System Setup and File Maintenance Consult, Scheduling Development, Application Training, Go Live, Billing, Payments, Reports, Collections and Final Consult. Establish one’s self as a reliable source of product knowledge and user training for the duration of the implementation. Gather additional information as needed to develop insights and recommendations about the clients business operation, opportunities and efficiency. Command fundamental knowledge of the Touchworks PM software application. Communicate regularly with the assigned Project Manager on all elements of the plan. Review and monitor contract vs. actual needs working directly with Project Manager on matters such as licenses or implementation hours need to be purchased. Report all time on minimum of a weekly basis of the actual implementation hours. Provide timely Session Acknowledgements to client on daily or weekly basis (as directed by Project Manager). Provide a professional, upbeat, team atmosphere that allows all resources involved with the implementation to effectively work together as one group. This position is primarily responsible for Allscripts’s relationship with the client.
