Adknowledge displays highly-targeted advertisements based upon past online actions taken by an individual consumer. Adknowledge’s goal is to refine its targeting algorithms and expand its behavior database (currently 20TB) to continually improve ad targeting over time. Adknowledge are the No 1 UK ad network specializing in monetizing inventory for the Application Developer communities (who build ‘apps’ for MySpace, Bebo, Facebook and now, Yahoo); this is one of the fastest growing sectors of display advertising. The UK office are also launching new proprietary Behavioural Targeting tools in the UK that extend search advertising into communications platforms (for ISP’s and UGC sites) as well as deliver full graphical email adverts for Email List Owners using our system to behaviorally target their email advertising. POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Account Manager is responsible for revenue generation across all agencies assigned to him/her by management and as a senior member of the sales team, is responsible for the collation of sales data for his/her agency as well as for more junior members of the sales team. Revenue Streams : Revenue streams include display (ad network), taglines, list management & search. The senior account manager will work closely with the operations team to manage all his/her campaigns and improve the business as a whole. He or she should identify and sell in new clients, increase revenues from existing customers, and provide KPI results to help achieve team and national revenue goals. Client Visits: Frequent client visits in London are a necessity and occasionally nationals and international travel may be required. Additional duties include: · Drive revenue growth for assigned agencies in line with the UK business plan. · Work with junior sales reps and management to help develop sales plans for each product, including key accounts and decision-makers and strategies for achieving revenue growth. Track his or her individual performance against sales plans and report to management as and when required. · Help establish and maintain relationships with new advertising agencies and clients direct. · Contribute to the growth and direction of Adknowledge UK product roll out plans. · If required, grow and maintain a positive presence in the Northern & Scottish regional advertising marketplaces. · Deliver Dashboard, revenue projections and dept weekly priorities as required by the management. · Report to the MD weekly on personal revenue progress and other KPI’s. CANDIDATE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will be a vital asset to the display sales team with at least: · 18 months minimum experience in selling online advertising to brand advertisers and/or agencies. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint needed. · Familiarity with industry standard reporting platforms preferred (eg Helios, MediaVisor, @plan, Atlas, NNR, Comscore). · The willingness to travel with the UK The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following abilities: Hands-On: Will lead the charge, and lead by example with a strong team mentality.
