List Management provides technology and services to email publishers that enable them to deliver highly-targeted advertisements to their users. Adknowledge anonymously tracks behaviors on over 400M unique email users. Through its extensive client base, Adknowledge has reach to an estimated 60% of US B2C email users. Team Our General Manager of the List Management department, prior to Adknowledge, was the CTO of Email Dynamics, which he joined after developing peer-to-peer collaboration software for Groove Networks until it was sold to Microsoft for $120M. The team lead manages the team responsible for email publisher account management, business development, product management, email deliverability and ISP relations. Our team lead joined Adknowledge from Enhance where he built a contextual advertising network generating revenue from banner ads, email, social advertising and channel sponsorships, which helped the company sell to Marchex for $13M. Our Email Operations Manager oversees the team responsible for all email software development and technical operations. He co-founded a popular travel sweepstakes site in 1999 and was its CTO when it sold to Think Partnership for $18M in 2006. Position Overview The Project Coordinator supports the List Management team by ensuring that projects are efficiently conceived, designed, documented and carried out according to the project plan. The primary duties are: Inter-channel Project Management: Will take the lead ensuring deliverables are completed on time and facilitate flow of the overall process. Will interact with account management, business development, creative and technical developers. Evaluate and track the project and the process and present progress reports to management. Intra-channel Project Management: Will help integrate cross channel initiatives with list management. Manage the introduction of new campaigns and creatives requested by sales into the targeting platform. Customer Service: Address customer complaints, internal (advertisers) and external (users) regarding complaints related to list management. Additional duties include: Manage List Managements domain purchase, renewals, whois, etc . Ensure proper documentation exists on company wiki for process and key reference items. Assist with 3 rd party ad network discrepancies and analysis Track invoices to ensure timely payment. The successful candidate will be a responsible professional with at least: · One (1) year experience in a project management role with an online advertising, agency, ad network or direct marketing. · Demonstrated ability to execute tasks, achieve goals and see a project to completion. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular. · Requires knowledge or experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
