Purpose:Lead a team that delivers Great Looking Stores/Brand Maintenance everyday. See Yourself: - Being responsible for making hiring decisions. Recruiting, selecting, developing, and retaining talented SFT and DFT team members
- Managing performance by evaluating and delivering corrective action. Monitoring KPM performance results, utilizing feedback and taking action to achieve goals; holding Team Members accountable to do the same
- Writing and delivering performance reviews
- Using training tools to fully train team members; following up on training events to check learning process
- Facilitating open and consistent communication with STLs, DTLs, Field Project Specialists, HQ Partners and Field Teams to ensure effective working relationships by
- Participating in District/Store meetings, huddles & visits, as appropriate
- Participating in all Facilities Management HQ sponsored conference calls, meetings and focus groups, as requested
- Participating in Store Assurance/District Assessments for assigned stores, as applicable
- Using company publications and newsletters to keep in the “know” and sharing communication with the team
- Driving a safety culture; holding required monthly District Safety meetings, leading by example, recognizing safe behaviors, coaching unsafe behaviors and immediately addressing safety
- Ensuring all company wide processes, including preventive maintenance, are executed to guarantee brand; using Common Dynamic Methods (CDM’s) to maintain consistency, embrace change and implement new company initiatives
- Escalating chronic repair and Great Looking Store/Brand Maintenance issues to the GFM or appropriate HQ Support Partner
- Inspecting Great Looking Store/Brand Maintenance execution and SFT/DFT performance on store visits
- Exceeding level of service (LOS) goals for repairs and Great Looking Store/Brand Maintenance programs, including LOS for Field (Special) Projects
- Following up and providing action plans on projects or issues, as applicable, to STL/DTL
- Responding promptly to emergency, Alert One, and Alarm Center calls. Supporting disaster and crisis recovery related to building issues. Focusing on Stores being open
- Supporting “Can I Help You Find Something” and assisting Guests as appropriate when in stores
- Executing all financial controls and procedures based on documented CDMs
- Using tools and resources to optimize efficiency of SFT/DFT
- Achieving financial goals for store maintenance through effective expense management
- Managing outside vendor repairs, materials, and Store Facility Technician (SFT) budgets within prescribed guidelines. Managing overtime and maintaining accurate records of payroll, purchases, completed work orders, and operating supplies for expense control
- Directing the management of an effective inventory control system for equipment, materials, and inventoried supplies to keep costs minimal and most effectively utilize funds
- Using available financial reports and take action on findings

- Able to operate motor vehicles. Possession of a valid drivers license and/or commercial license, if required by state
- Basic computer literacy of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the Internet
