Job Summary/Basic Function:
Responsibilities in this position include recruiting, preparation of student-athletes for competition, practice and game strategy preparation, ensuring the academic success of student-athletes, engaging in public relations activities within the community, developing and maintaining a yearly budget, and various administrative functions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1 year full-time NCAA DI coaching experience USSF “B” coaching license

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree NCAA DI head coaching experience USSF “A” coaching license and/or 5 years professional playing experience

Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. , Feeling. Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips. , Expressing or exchanging ideas. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important instructions to other workers accurately or quickly. , Ability to receive detailed information with or without assistance.

Physical Requirements of this position: Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).
