This role is responsible for providing engineering Service functions to support the network performance & optimization area by analysing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. You will have the responsibility to meet with the customers and collaborate with the Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to secure performance and lifecycle of the Service.
We are looking for someone who can lead a team offshore to ensure high team performance and motivation, have the ability to be able to lead many strands of investigations to ensure all targets delivered on time, customer management and a track record of handling exacting contractual obligations and management of any mitigation.
