Ajilon is currently seeking Patient Service Representatives for our clients located in the Akron area.  If you have experience in healthcare, scheduling, excellent, and customer service skills this is the job for you.  Please send your resume ASAP

Responsibilities:


Provide outstanding customer service
Receive daily inbound calls from new or existing patients
Schedule appointments
Interacting with patients face to face, vie phone and email


 Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience preferred
EPIC experience (Required)
Excellent data entry skills using EXCEL
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Previous experience scheduling is a plus!
