Fort Worth, Texas, Summary Under the direction of the Vice President of Internal Audit, the Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for planning and conducting financial, operational, compliance, and technological systems audits for Cook Children’s Health Care System and preparing audit reports. Qualifications: Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting or related field required. This role is for someone with a minimum of four years of experience, which should include experience with an internal audit department or public accounting firm. Specific experience within the health care industry is preferred but not required. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: Certified Public Accountant “CPA”, Certified Internal Auditor “CIA” or Certified Information Systems Auditor “CISA” is preferred but not required. If the individual is not certified, should be working toward achieving certification as either a CPA, CIA or CISA. With approval, other specialized certifications may be acceptable. Time frame for obtaining status of certification should be within 3 years after hire. #ZR
